2) We do QC each of our items to make sure they are in perfect condition before shipping.

3) We follow a standard packaging procedure to ensure items are fully protected from any mishaps that might happen during shipping.

3) Store in a closed bag or box when not in use

4) Remove when active

5) Allow lotions/ perfumes to dry before wearing

6) Remove before entering water

We do offer an exchange if the pieces are faulty or not as described (i.e, wrong product), but this needs to be done within 10 days. Any other reasons will not be accepted for a return. Please kindly understand this is strictly enforced due to hygiene reasons.
